Acceptance of Terms‍

By accessing and using the Bellomoving.com, Bello moving LLC, Bello Moving Helpers platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms").

 Bello Moving LLC, Bello Moving Helpers ("we", "us", or "our") connects customers with independent contractors for moving services and related moving services and junk removal through our technology platform.

 Restrictions on Use:‍

You are only permitted to access the Platforms via the interfaces that we have expressly provided for this purpose. The following actions are strictly forbidden: Granting licenses, re-licensing, selling, transferring, or in any way monetizing the Platform or Services; Altering, producing derivative works from, decompiling, or conducting similar processes on any element of the Platforms; Using the Platforms in any way that is in direct competition with our business; Copying, distributing, presenting, or transmitting any part of the Platforms; Participating in any unlawful activities through the use of the Platforms or Services; Removing any copyright, trademark, or other legal protections from any section of the Platform; Generating links to, mirroring, or enclosing any part of the Platforms within another frame; Launching or implementing any software or scripts designed for scraping, indexing, surveying, or mining data from the Platform, or otherwise causing undue strain, disruption, or damage to the functionality of any aspect of the Platforms; or Attempting to gain unauthorized entry, causing disturbance, or interfering with the Platforms, the servers, or any associated networks. We grant to you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Platform and Services solely for the uses permitted by these terms.

Services Description

Bello Moving LLC, Bello Moving Helpers is a technology and booking platform, not a service provider. We facilitate connections between customers and independent contractors or businesses for the services listed. We do not operate as a household goods mover or broker.

 Use of Our Platform‍.

By booking services through Bello Moving LLC, Bello Moving Helpers, bellomoving.com, you understand and accept that: The agreement for service completion is solely between you and the independent service provider. Bello Moving LLC, Bello Moving Helpers is not liable for any actions, damages, or claims arising from services booked through our platform. Disputes or claims related to services should be resolved directly between you and the service provider. Bello Moving LLC, Bello Moving Helpers may assist in dispute resolution but is not obligated to do so.

Placing Orders/Booking

To place an order for Services via a Platform, you are required to be at least 18 years old and may be asked to provide certain information pertinent to your order, including, but not limited to, your credit card details, the card's expiry date, and your billing and service locations. You certify and confirm that you possess the legal right to employ any credit cards or payment methods in placing your order for Services and that the data you provide is complete, accurate, and truthful. For the purpose of processing payments and completing your order, we might engage the services of third-party providers. By submitting your details, you give us permission to disclose your information to these external parties, consistent with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the authority to decline or cancel your order for any reason at our discretion, including but not limited to situations where Services are not available, discrepancies in the price or description of Services, mistakes in your order, if there's a suspicion of fraudulent or unauthorized or illegal activity, or for any other reason.

Deposits, Cancellations and Refunds‍

There will be a booking deposit (specified amount) due at time of booking. An extra deposit amount will be charged at least 1 day prior to service date. Bello Moving LLC, Bello Moving Helpers reserves the right to cancel service requests at our discretion. The specific terms for cancellations, refunds, and any associated fees will be outlined here. We do not offer refunds for services provided by a third party “Contractor”.

Indemnification‍

Users agree to indemnify Bello Moving LLC, Bello Moving Helpers and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or services booked. 

Amendments to Terms

Bello Moving LLC, Bello Moving Helpers reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.‍

Governing Law‍s

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Bello Moving LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Should any conflict arise from or relate to these Terms, the Platforms, or the Services, both you and we commit to trying to settle the conflict through direct negotiations in a spirit of good faith. If we fail to resolve the conflict via negotiations, both parties agree to submit the dispute for resolution by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"), following its rules for consumer arbitration available at www.adr.org or by contacting AAA at 1-800-778-7879. However, you retain the right to bring claims in small claims court if they meet the court's requirements. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law will govern these Terms.

Class Action Waiver

Unless required by applicable law, both you and we agree not to bring or participate in any class action, consolidated, or representative action claims against each other. This agreement also includes a waiver of any such collective legal actions. Each party agrees to bring claims only on an individual basis in arbitration (or in small claims court, if eligible) according to these Terms, without seeking to represent any other individual's or entity's interests or joining any wider claim involving others.Jury Trial Waiver In the event a dispute proceeds in court rather than through arbitration, both you and we waive any rights to a jury trial.
